The Master Inbox aggregates ALL inbound messages for active users into one centralized log. It includes an Advanced Filter that allows the filtering of inbound messages by "Type," account ID, mobile #, message, etc.
Note: The filter only allows for searching within a 31 day date range.
The default initial view is set to display "unrecognized responses" and "inbound replies."
The Master Inbox also includes additional features like...
a) replying to individual contacts
b) opting-out selected contacts
c) logging in directly to a user's account
To access the Master Inbox
Step 1.
Log into the Master level account.
Step 2.
Then, go to MESSAGING and click MESSAGE INBOX
Step 3.
Click the Master Inbox button on the toolbar.
