It can take up to 1 week to prepare your reseller dashboard for launch.


While we wait, our support team will prepare your assets and reach out to help coordinate the information we'll need to help get the first set-up accomplished during training. 


For this initial call, we will need to know:


  • Will the initial set-up be solely for demo purposes? 
  • OR... are intending to provide this service for a specific client?
    • Client ID in  -  
  • Business Name to use in the set-up - 
  • Location's Full Address - 
  • Location's marketed phone # - 
    • The number that will be used by customers to call the location for forwarding to your Branded MPM system.
    • If the current number will not be used, callers will need to call the Twilio number provided during the set-up.
  • Optional 2nd line # if call through option is active - 
    • This may come later if they do not have an existing 2nd line when signing up.
  • Customer's email address - 
    • Used for their administrative dashboard account.
  • Per location or additional users' email - 
    • Most customers use 1 store email for all staff to log in and view their stores' data.
    • You can also get manager email addresses and give them multiple location access.
  • If using voicemail: What emails to use for transcribed notifications per location - 
  • Links sent via SMS to customers - (ex: Booking page)
  • Geo Markers for location info
    • i.e. Across from Costco in the Commons Shopping Center.
  • Hours of operation - 
  • Optional: Approved special deal to entice marketing signups.
