Step 1.
Click Messaging from the platform menu.
Step 2.
Click Mobile Campaigns.
Step 3.
Click the pencil icon in the edit column of the campaign you wish to edit.
Then, use the campaign tabs to navigate to the specific content/features you wish to edit.
Step 4.
To include additional interactive messages, click the Interactive Messages tab then click the Add Message button on the right hand side of the page.
Each additional interactive message is numbered in the same sequence with which they were created. (the 1st interactive message is 001, followed by 002, then 003, etc…)
Step 5.
Enter the desired message in the space provided and activate any desired Advanced Message Options.
Step 6.
Click the Create Message button when finished.
