Size Stats & Generating Target Lists from Broadcasts
In addition to seeing Sent, Viewed and Redemption stats for coupons in the Size column, accounts can act on these stats by easily generate Target Lists.
Step 1.
Locate the desired sent message in the Broadcast Schedule and click stats icon in the size column.
This action will display the Sent, View, and Redemption stats for the coupons issued with the text.
Step 2.
Click the users icon to open the Target List from Broadcast slide out menu. From this menu, lists for contacts that VIEWED and REDEEMED the issued coupon can be seen, and Target Lists can be generated.
Step 3.
To generate a Target list, simply click the CREATE TARGET LIST button, enter the desired name for the list, and choose whether the list will be Static or Dynamic.
- DYNAMIC - Any contact that newly views or redeems the coupon will be added to the target list automatically so long as their number is capable of receiving text messages.
- STATIC - The list will be limited to the contacts it contained when the target list was generated.
Note: Target Lists only contain supported opted-in Contacts. Contacts that opted out of messaging, or those with non-supported mobiles, will not appear on target lists.
