The most common issue for not receiving an automated report is due to spam filters on the FROM email address. To prevent the email from being blocked or marked as spam, check the following rules to see if the setup has fallen into one of the listed issues:

  1. Don't use the same email address in the FROM and TO fields. This is a very common spam flag, when a report is sent out, a copy is sent to the FROM address so there is no need to include it again.

  2. Don't use an email address that is being forwarded to the same email as the TO field. Many people choose to forward a business email to a personal email address, which will also get the email marked as spam.

  3. Don't use a personal Gmail address in the FROM field. Gmail filters notice that the email is not coming directly through the personal email and as a result flag or block the incoming email. If using a Gmail address, it is recommended that G-suite is used.
