Step 1. 

Create a mobile campaign that triggers email notifications when a negative comment form is completed. The campaign used with the review funnel is not intended for texting. It is intended to deliver email notifications to specific recipients when a negative comment form is filled out. 

TIP: Use a campaign name a keyword that is easily identifiable when a negative comment is received. 

Ex: Negative Comment Campaign:

TIP: Phrase the verbiage of the 001 as a reminder that it is not in use.

Ex: Interactive #001 Message:

Step 2.

Use the campaign’s ADVANCED SETTINGS to block the #001 message and configure Inbound Email Notifications.

Step 3. 

Set-up POST NOTIFICATION API to deliver a 2nd email containing the text of the negative comment.

I. Click the MESSAGING menu > then click GATEWAY API > then locate and click POST NOTIFICATIONS  

II. Click CREATE A NEW EVENT

III. Use the dropdown menu to select SPECIAL NOTE INSERT.

IV. Check mark the box to ENABLE the notification.

V. Select EMAIL as the delivery type

   VI. Enter the recipient’s email address

   VII. Click SAVE CHANGES

VIII. Simplify the information included in the notification email by limiting the Post Notification to include only the date_in, mobile_number, and note_text.

IX. Click FINISHED / BACK TO EVENT LIST PAGE

Step 4.

Test the funnel to ensure that it is working as intended.

Step 5.

Shorten the URL to the main landing page an insert it into the desired messaging (i.e. time delays, bouncebacks, auto-engage, triggers, etc...)
