QUESTION: Do you recommend we create 'generic' call to action png/jpeg files and use those on Verification Forms?
- I think creating a generic CTA graphic is a great way to minimize any delays in getting these forms submitted
QUESTION: Why not use an existing campaign to capture the incoming?
- You can use an existing campaign so long as the code is attached to it. That's an option as well but not the best approach if you want to set an auto-response message to the catch all.
If you want greater control over the AUTO-RESPONSE, a distinct catch all campaign is better.
QUESTION: Will carriers have fees for toll free campaigns?
- As of yet, there are no additional fees for Toll Free campaigns. Should this change in the future, we will let you know.
