This workshop looks closer at servicing accounts that do not need or want to use a physical kiosk to engage with contacts. We review some objections to in-store kiosks, questions to ask prospective clients, and useful guidance for using other platform tools beyond the kiosk for "out of the box" thinking and dynamic account set-ups.
