Due to a variety of technical reasons, campaigns and keywords cannot be moved from one account to another account. Campaigns and keywords are the heart of the account, and as such they are intimately linked to a significant number of database tables within the system and moving a keyword would break much of the messaging data in the account.. 


In order to create the same keyword in a different user account, you will need to delete the keyword from the account in which it currently exists. Then you can re-create the campaign and keyword in the desired account.


Note: Before deleting a campaign it is recommended that you export the campaign contacts, and/or Kiosk Check-in Report for use with the new campaign and keyword within the desired account.
