How do I see all of the messages received by client accounts? Print

1) A Master Inbox is available from the reseller master level account. This will display all incoming messages to client accounts.

Sign-in to the master account, click MESSAGING > MESSAGE INBOX > click the Master Inbox button.

2) Each client account has its own unique RECEIVED LOG that can be accessed through the REPORTS menu of the desired account.
