Unfortunately you cannot move keywords. The only way to get the keyword into the new account is to create it in that account. The best way to accomplish this is to do the following steps: 

1. Export any contacts currently attached to the existing keyword. 

2. Delete the existing keyword. 

3. Recreate the keyword in the new account. 

4. Manually import the contacts into the keyword in the new account.
