If the TF# or 10-DLC was submitted for verification, but never used to send messages, it should not be repurposed for another account. We advise provisioning a new TF# or 10-DLC and starting fresh to avoid complications and confusion.

If the TF# or 10-DLC was never submitted for verification and never used to send messages, it can be reassigned to another user account. Messages will fail on unverified TF#s and 10-DLCs and we strongly advise completing the appropriate forms to allow message flow as soon as possible.
