Several email addresses are used with a white label reseller account. To update the email addresses on file follow the steps below:
Step 1.
Log into Master Account and click on Client Admin.
Step 2.
Under the Client Admin click on Reseller Settings.
Step 3.
On the Private Label Profile Page, there are several email addresses available.
- General Info Email - Used to send automated billing & password reset emails generated by the system
- Support Email - Displays on the support page and sends email notifications if a client submits a default support request.
- Sales Email - Appears on the white label website's contact information page.
