When using the Billing System to process credit card charges, there are two places where an email address needs to be updated to make sure that invoices are going out to the correct address. 


In the Mobile Platform


Step 1. 

Log into the account. 


Step 2. 

Click on Account Information 



Step 3. 

Update the email address 



In Authorize.net 


If using Authorize.net to charge payments, the email address will need to be updated in this account as well. There are two different areas that may need to be updated. 


Email Receipts


Step 1. 

Log into Authorize.net and click on Account. 


Step 2. 

Locate and Click Email Receipt under Transaction Format Settings. 


Step 3. 

If active, then email addresses in a customers' profile will receive an email receipt. 




Email Address used with Customer Profile


Step 1. 

While Logged into Authorize.net click Tools


Step 2. 

Then select Customer Information Manager


Step 3. 

Locate the customer profile on the list and click the Profile ID


Step 4. 

If the email address on the profile is incorrect, click EDIT Profile Info button to change it.
