For tablets using the Android Web App or Android Offline App




If the tablet is displaying a prompt like the one above, asking to enter a Kiosk ID, this means that:

A) The tablet is paired to a kiosk that is inactive 

B) The tablet is paired to a kiosk that resides within an account that is either inactive or deleted



Reactivating the kiosk and or reactivating the account will allow the linked kiosk to display on the device. If you're unsure about which account or kiosk the tablet is pair with, a search can be conducted using the devices WIFI MAC ADDRESS. 


Step 1.

From the settings menu of the tablet, click to access the WIFI setting page.


Step 2.

Click the menu icon on this page to access ADVANCED settings and locate the MAC address


Step 3.

Submit the complete MAC address (12 digits and colons) in a request to our support team.  

 



For tablets using Kiosk Pro Lite



If the tablet is displaying a prompt like the one above, asking to enter a Kiosk ID, this means that:

A) The tablet is displaying a mkiosk.info URL that is broken

B) The tablet is displaying a mkiosk.info URL for a kiosk that is inactive  

B) The tablet is displaying a mkiosk.info URL for a kiosk that resides within an account that is either inactive or deleted



Step 1.

Access the Kiosk Pro Lite settings on the device and locate the homepage URL.


Step 2.

Revise the URL if it is broken or use the URL to identify the kiosk and account the URL was created for and reactivate the account or kiosk accordingly.


(optional) Step 3.

If the kiosk URL does not help recall the account where the kiosk resides, submit the complete mkiosk.info URL used on the Kiosk Pro Lite homepage in a request to our support team.
