When a Waitlist is created for a kiosk, all audible alerts are turned off by default. These alerts include notifications for new additions to the waitlist, changes in line status, incoming messages, and more. These alerts can be controlled from within the Waitlist settings. To access these settings, go to Mobile Tools > Select Digital Kiosk Wizard > Click on the edit icon for the kiosk > Choose the KCM/Waitlist button at the top of the page Click on the Waitlist tab.






If the device isn't producing sound even though the volume is up, please check the browser settings to ensure that it allows websites to play sounds. For example, the sound settings need to be enabled when the waitlist URL is opened on Google Chrome (refer to the images below).
