Subject: NEW System & Carrier Notices Webpage

Last Friday, March 26, 2021, our upstream short codes aggregation partner experienced delays on their network as a result of a server-related incident at one of their data centers. This issue dragged into late Friday night and was ultimately resolved before Saturday morning. While we did post a System Update on the incident in the Knowledge Base, we did not update that the issue was resolved until our team was back in the office on Monday.  This delay led to some confusion from several clients as to whether the issues were still ongoing or not. We are working towards a notification system (manual for now). In the meantime, we have prepared this page for you to access when needed: https://mpage.info/system-notices 

This page will be updated regularly as issues arise that may affect system and messaging performance. It will be easier for our team to manage adding and updating content on this page in a more timely manner during off-hours and weekends.
