New Feature/Option/Tool: February 28, 2022    

Subject: Allow Broadcasts When 0 or Negative Credits Available 

This new option in the Credit & Billing Preferences of the account allows user accounts to schedule a text blast even though there are 0 or negative credits available in the account.  

To activate this option: 

Step 1. 

Log into the Master Account and click on Client Admin

Step 2. 

Click the Edit icon next to the client account 

Step 3. 

In the Credit and Billing Preferences the feature appears and toggle the button to ON. This setting will be saved automatically
