New Option: October 20, 2021

Subject: NEW Customizable Waitlist Line Statuses

A new option has been added to the KCM Waitlist that allows the Line Statuses to be customized to suit the needs of the business. Edit the default statuses (I'm Here, I Left, On My Way, I'm Running Late) and, or, add new status options for contacts to choose from. 

Follow the steps below to access and use the new option.

Step 1.

From the Digital Kiosk Wizard menu, click the edit icon for the desired kiosk, then click the KCM / WAITLIST button.

Step 2.

Click the Waitlist tab. 

Step 3.

Locate the NEW "Manage Waitlist Statuses" option and then click the CUSTOMIZE button.

From this page the default status options can be deactivated and edited, and new statuses can be added. 

Step 4.

To add a new status option, click the ADD NEW STATUS MESSAGE button and customize the label text and background color. 

Step 5.

Click the UPDATE button to save changes made to the status labels.

Note: For the best visual experience, limit status label text to a maximum of 20 characters (including spaces).
