Subject: NEW Issue Coupon with Delay

 


In an effort to help clients simplify set-ups that issue coupons which cannot be redeemed immediately, our team has added a new option that delays their availability. This new option is found within the Coupon Validity & Expiration menu of every mobile coupon. 



When activated, the Issue with a Delay option will simply hide the coupon from the kiosk and hide the redeem button from the coupon widget until the delay duration is reached. 




Uses:

  • Initial Offers - To prevent Initial Offers from being redeemed immediately set a 1-3 hour delay for the coupon. And, include verbiage in the interactive message and redeem widget description that tells consumers that their offer is available for redemption on their next visit.


  • Loyalty Rewards - To prevent Loyalty Rewards from being redeemed immediately set a 1-3 hour delay for the coupon. And, include verbiage in the reward text and redeem widget description that tells consumers that their offer is available for redemption on their next visit.
