Subject: NEW Toll Free Verification WEBFORM

In response to our upstream partner's recent changes to the submission process, PDF Submissions with attached CTAs will no longer be accepted. Effective immediately, all Toll Free Verification Forms must be submitted through our New Webform.

The new toll free verification webform collects additional information not previously requested, such as complete reseller information, estimated message volume and a detailed explanation of the opt-in flow. To assist resellers in their efforts, the form was designed with "save for later" and "submit another" options that make it easier to generate and submit verifications.  

Once the form is submitted, a receipt of the submission will be sent via email. Our support team will receive a copy and, as they always have, they will generate a ticket, review the submission, and provide updates as the message code moves towards official verification
