BETA RELEASE: September 29, 2025


Subject: Heartland POS Integration

 


We're excited to announce that a new integration option has been made available for Heartland POS. This new option is being released in BETA, allowing resellers and direct clients that ability to use and test the integration. 




The integration is purely one-directional, and only processes actions FROM Heartland POS  >> TO the Mobile Platform. By integrating with Heartland POS, new consumers can easily be converted into mobile subscribers and more with CONTACT OPTIN and KIOSK CHECK-IN options. 


  • Contact Create (Opt-In) - When a new customer is created in Heartland POS, the mobile number will be linked to the selected mobile campaign. TCPA invite required for consent. 


  • Contact UpdateWhen a contact's information (ex: First Name, Last Name, Email) is updated in Heartland POS, the contact will be updated on the mobile platform 


  • Kiosk Check-InWhen a new transaction is tendered in Heartland POS, the contact information will be processed through the selected kiosk and button on the mobile platform. 
    • Note: Loyalty+Data button must be set-up as Quantity Selector for a Spend Based Program. This integration will not work for a Loyalty+Data button set-up for Data Capture. If using a Visit Based loyalty program, the Loyalty button is required. 



To View this new option, visit the INTEGRATION tab of v2 Gateway API Menu, and select "Heartland" from the dropdown menu.
