Subject: Upcoming Changes to Carrier Pass-Through Fees for AT&T & Verizon Wireless

We would like to inform you of upcoming U.S. carrier messaging fee adjustments that may impact SMS and MMS traffic delivered to certain mobile subscribers.

These changes are carrier-imposed surcharges and are applied industry-wide. As such, they will be reflected as pass-through fees where applicable.

Carrier Updates

AT&T
Effective April 1, 2026, AT&T will introduce updated messaging fees, as outlined below:

Verizon Wireless

Effective May 1, 2026, Verizon Wireless will increase its mobile-terminated (MT) carrier messaging fees. This adjustment applies to the following messaging channels:

Updated carrier fee schedules will apply beginning on the effective dates noted above.
