New Layout: January 5, 2026

Subject: NEW Message Inbox Layout - 1/5/2026 

Always developing, our programming team has just launched a new Layout for the Message Inbox of every account. The new view is available to all accounts by default. 

Click the ORIGINAL LAYOUT button on the tool bar to return to the older view.

Original View - Click the NEW LAYOUT button at the top to the page to return to the new inbox view. 

New View - The new view moves the Folder selection and management options to the tool bar, stretching the inbox across the screen, maximizing readability. It also displays the contact profile in a 3rd tile when a message is read, making the contact's details visible throughout the conversation.
