Subject: T-Mobile Surcharge Increase Effective 1/15/2026
We wish to inform you about an upcoming change to your billing. Effective January 15, 2026, T-Mobile Carrier Surcharges will be adjusted for SMS messages for Short Code, Long Code (10DLC) and Toll-Free messaging.
Fee Details:
- T-Mobile carrier message fees for outbound SMS messages will be increasing on standard rate short codes, 10DLC and Toll-Free sender IDs. Carrier fees on incoming SMS messages, which iVision Mobile has historically absorbed, will be decreasing. The chart below shows the current and new Surcharge rates that will be effective January 15, 2026, for T-Mobile messages.

Please note: MMS surcharge pricing will remain unchanged.
For resellers that bill their users for carrier tariffs, this mid-month change will present an additional step you will need to take to generate a mid-month carrier tariffs report for user activity from 1/1/2026 to 1/15/2026 and a second report for activity from 1/16/2026 to 1/31/2026.
