New Surcharge Rates: September 18, 2026

Subject: NEW - Canadian Toll-Free Surcharge Update Effective 10/1/2026

We would like to inform you of upcoming Canadian carrier messaging fee adjustments that may impact SMS and MMS traffic delivered to certain mobile subscribers.

These changes are carrier-imposed surcharges and are applied industry-wide. As such, they will be reflected as pass-through fees where applicable.

Effective October 1, 2026, surcharges are increasing for Canadian Toll-Free Traffic on SMS and MMS. 

Please note that there will now be charges on Inbound traffic.

Updated carrier fee schedules will apply beginning on the effective dates noted above. No action is needed on your part. These surcharges will be automatically reflected on your monthly invoices starting November 1.
