Subject: NEW - Changes to Verizon surcharge rates 

Dear Valued Customer,

We would like to inform you of upcoming U.S. carrier messaging fee adjustments that may impact SMS traffic delivered to certain mobile subscribers.

These changes are carrier-imposed surcharges and are applied industry-wide. As such, they will be reflected as pass-through fees where applicable.

VERIZON WIRELESS

Effective October 1, 2026, Verizon Wireless will introduce updated messaging fees, as outlined below:

The following chart shows the anticipated tariff increase per volume of messages:

Updated carrier fee schedules will apply beginning on the effective dates noted above.
