Subject: MMS Delivery Issues

 


Please be advised that several users have reported issues with MMS delivery this Monday morning, 7/13/2020.
Our team is currently investigating the slowness and is working to identify and resolve the issue. We are also working with our upstream partners to gather more information and determine the source of these delays.
Please note that only MMS is affected at this time and there are no issues with SMS delivery.
We appreciate your patience and understanding..



**RESOLVED**


At 12:07 pm PT (3:07 pm ET) we received an update from our upstream gateway partner that the issue with outbound MMS messages on their network was resolved. Unfortunately messages that did fail will need to be re-submitted.  We have been in touch with several users to assist them with the re-sending of failed MMS messages.
