We've been notified by our upstream provider that they are currently experiencing SMS Delivery Delays. As a result, SMS messages being sent from Toll Free or 10 DLC numbers may be delayed.

This issue appears to have been resolved upstream and messages are sending as expected. We continue to see latency with delivery reports, and expect these to update gradually.
