Subject: MMS Delivery Issues
Our upstream provider has made us aware that both AT&T and Verizon are observing longer than normal MMS delivery times. This may affect outbound MMS messages for both carriers as well as DLRs for MMS messages. All other messages should be unaffected.
**UPDATE** (As of 3/18/2021 4:33pm PST)
Delivery speeds for MMS messages to AT&T and Verizon handsets have returned to normal, we are currently seeing no delays with MMS messages from either carrier.
