Subject: MMS Send Test Failures

 


Our engineers are currently looking into issues with MMS messages sent using the broadcast schedule "Send Test" feature resulting in message failures. The issue appears to be limited to MMS only and does not affect SMS "Send Test" messages.


Until this matter is resolved, we are advising the use of "Target Lists" for sending MMS draft messages instead of the "Send Test" feature. Updates will be posted as progress is made, until the matter is resolved. 


We apologize for the inconvenience. Our team is working to have the Send Test option fully functioning as quickly as possible. If you have questions or concerns, please contact our support team.

Teams have been monitoring and seeing expected behavior, occurring for several weeks, across various accounts. Current experiences by clients and our support team confirm that the Send Test feature sending MMS text messages is working as expected. This issue is now considered resolved.
