Subject: System Reporting Delays

 


Please be advised that users have reported delays with inbound and outbound messages appearing in the message inbox and corresponding messaging logs.  Our engineers are aware of the reporting delays and are currently working to resolve them. In their initial research of the reporting delay, our engineers have subsequently uncovered a secondary issue with a backlog of scheduled messages affecting some users. There is no ETA for resolution at this time but our team is working diligently to resolve the issue. 

 

Please note that the processing of incoming messages and interactive bounce-back messages appear to be functioning properly.



- UPDATE - as of 3:00pm PST
Users continue to see delays with incoming and outgoing message reports. Our engineers continue to investigate the root cause of the reporting issues but currently there is no ETA for resolution. We have confirmed that all messaging activities including incoming keyword opt-ins and bounce-back messages are functioning properly without any delays.   Scheduled text broadcasts are also sending without delays, as are Drop & Go messaging files. 



- UPDATE - as of 5/27/2021 9:45am PST
Our engineers successfully resolved the reporting delays on 5/25/2021. Since then, our team has been continuing their efforts to back-fill delivery reports that experienced delays throughout the platform. Users are no longer seeing delays with current incoming and outgoing message reports. We have confirmed that all messaging activities including incoming keyword opt-ins and bounce-back messages are functioning properly without any delays. Scheduled text broadcasts are also sending without delays, as are Drop & Go messaging files.
