Subject: AT&T Service Disruption Affecting Short Code MMS Messaging
The issue that AT&T is experiencing has been upgraded to an outage for MMS messages due to handset delivery errors. This may continue to affect outbound MMS messages from the Platform for AT&T as well as AT&T delivery reports for MMS messages. Once the carrier has resolved the issue, this would require any message to AT&T subscribers be resent. All other Platform functionality should be unaffected. We are in direct contact with our upstream partners and will provide updates as they are received.
**UPDATE** (As of 11:33am PST)
We have now been informed that AT&T has resolved their latency issue with MMS delivery and normal delivery has resumed. Any MMS message sent to an AT&T Handset between 1/11/2021 3:06 CST and 1/12/2021 12:40 CST will need to be resent if you want them to be received.
