Subject: Blast Schedule Size Incorrect

 

Our engineers are working towards resolving an issue with the Blast Schedule that is causing the reported blast Size to not match the intended number of recipients. Rest assured that this is simply a reporting issue. Performing a filtered search of the sent log demonstrates that the messages are in fact going out to the intended number of contacts on the given dates.

The team discovered the principle cause as the process which updates the blast size after the blast is sent. So, they have written programming that will run every evening after 7pm PT to update any inaccurate Blast Sizes. 


Blasts sent in previous months (December 2021 and older) may still reflect inaccuracies. The team is also working to update these as well and over the next week will be re-rendering blast sizes from December 2021 through July 2021.
