Subject: Increased Routing Errors for SMS & MMS messages on TFNs & 10-DLCs
Upstream TF & 10-DLC aggregation partners reported an off-network industry issue impacting SMS and MMS routing that is resulting in increased delivery errors. Their teams have escalated with the impacted vendor to restore expected behavior.
Our programming team is not seeing an unusual increase in 4773 errors (Invalid Campaign). We are monitoring the situation and will provide updates as more information is made available.
