Subject: MMS Delivery Latency on the AT&T Network

Upstream partners have identified an off-network incident impacting TF & Short Code MMS Deliveries to AT&T handsets. The AT&T Network is currently experiencing MMS delivery latency, and texts sent on short-codes and TF# are not delivering as expected. Teams are currently working to restore MMS deliverability, all messages are being queued and will be processed at the rate the AT&T network is available, and we will provide updates as more information is shared.

Upstream partners continue to experience MMS message latency on the AT&T network impacting short-codes and TF#s. We will continue to provide updates until this issue is resolved.
