Subject: MMS Delivery Issues on AT&T
We have been informed of an upstream issue affecting the delivery of MMS messages sent via Short-Code with AT&T. All other short-code functionality should be unaffected.
Our upstream partners are working to resolve it as soon as possible. There is currently no estimated time to resolution, however, we will issue an update as soon as more information becomes available.

Our upstream partner has updated us that AT&T is still experiencing MMS latency on short-codes. Their team continues to work on resolving this issue. There is currently no estimated time to resolution, however, we will issue an update as soon as more information becomes available.

Delivery speed for MMS messages on short-codes to AT&T handsets has returned to normal, we are currently seeing no delays MMS messages from the carrier.
