Subject: Carrier Lookups Service Not Responding

 


Please be advised that we are experiencing issues with our upstream carrier lookup service. As a result, we are seeing delays with multiple system processes, including API, waitlist, Drop & Go, etc..

Our engineers are working diligently to find a workaround for this issue and resolve the problem so that services can be restored to normal.

Carrier Lookup services have been restored and functioning properly as of 10:40am PT and are now processing as expected. Backlogged Drop & Go files should also be caught up at this point. Our engineers will continue to monitor the system to ensure there are no further issues or delays with any of the system modules.
