System Update: September 21, 2020

Subject: PDF Attachments to Emailed Reports Being Resolved

Our engineers are currently looking into issues with PDF attachments to Emailed Reports and are working to resolve it.  The issue appears to be limited to system generated emails only and does not affect downloading the PDFs manually.

Automated Emails for Kiosk Summary Reports, Coupon Redemption Logs, KCM Employee Activity, and KCM Employee Ranking are being delivered successfully with attached PDFs.
