Upstream peers responsible for processing Toll-Free Verification have encountered internal issues that are creating delays in the completion of the requests, and final verification. They have identified the cause and they are working to restore expected behavior as quickly a possible. However, the average expected turn around time (1-3 days) cannot be guaranteed at this time.
