Please be advised that we have received several reports of mobile campaigns disappearing from their respective user accounts. As a result, users may see an "Invalid Message" when attempting to send a text broadcast, or "No Keyword Found" on kiosk submissions tied to the mobile campaign.
Our engineers are engaged and have been able to identify and restore most of the affected campaigns, however, we are still searching for a root cause. If you are experiencing issues or are unable to locate your mobile campaign in your account, please reach out to our support team for further assistance.
