Our upstream partners have identified an issue with MMS message delivery, DLRs, and ACKs. You may experience delays with inbound and outbound SMS and MMS messages on Shortcodes. Engineers are working to restore normal delivery speeds as soon as possible.

Our upstream partners have confirmed that MMS messaging speeds have been fully restored and normal delivery has resumed. All messages have been delivered to impacted consumers.


While all message speeds have resumed to normal, any DLRs and ACKs for these previously sent messages are continuing to be delivered. We update you once this has been fully resolved.
