Subject: SMS and MMS Messaging Incident - Verizon Wireless - 5/27/2026

Our upstream partners have identified an off-network incident impacting outbound SMS and MMS messages sent with Toll-Free and 10-DLCs towards the Verizon Network. They report that these messages may not deliver as expected. Our teams are not observing the stated issues and we are sharing this notice out of an abundance of caution. 

Updates will be provided until we are notified that this matter is resolved.
